Felton Industries is Australia’s leading supplier of premium, aluminium outdoor furniture to schools, councils and industry. Based in country NSW, but with ambitious plans to expand their business through increased market share and penetration, they appointed Think Creative Agency to review their marketing procedures and develop a program to take their business to the next level.
Our first priority was to develop a new look and feel that reflected the brand’s premium positioning and portrayed a bright and contemporary personality. This new brand image was first applied to the new eCommerce website we developed along with eDMs, product catalogues and a full stationary suite followed by a roll out across all touchpoints including digital, social, direct marketing and customer newsletters.
Understanding the key drivers among Felton’s market segments was key to achieving their objectives. As information regarding these markets was largely anecdotal, we undertook two pieces of research to underpin future marketing strategies. This involved a broad survey of market dynamics and a detailed customer survey. The insights gained from these studies provided an invaluable guide for campaign messaging and marketing activities.
